How to Recover From a Digital Disaster

When I published my last blog post, I had just lost 11 months worth of data in my personal and professional life. A serious hard drive failure that I was not able to recover.

It was literally devastating.

I quickly went into recovery mode, and worked to get my business back in order, or at least get myself back to an operational state. Customers were notified, schedules were rearranged, and along the way, I took in 2 additional jobs I didn't have the week before.

But out of all the chaos, one thing stood clear. My clients are Number One!

Not a single person was upset with me, not one nasty email, not a single job lost. And I was down and out of commission for nearly 8 days while I attempted to piece my 'office' back together. It was nothing short of amazing, and I have to say, my clients are nothing short of amazing as well.

Fast forward 3 weeks and I'm still behind a good bit, but I'm slowly chipping away at meeting my clients expectations, and I'm truly greatful. Currently I'm booked for the next 2 weeks, so if you need Joomla or Sobi2 design work in time for the Holidays, please contact me soon.

And if you happen to be a client of mine, Thanks for being the best clients on earth... you are a pleasure to do business with.
