We the decision to go with the Joomla CMS, we quickly created a Search Engine Friendly template design that featured a header image rotator that would show off the WSDC building with a new banner image on each click of the menu. The Events Calendar was seamlessly integrated into the Joomla CMS with the click of a button allowing tenants who registered on the site to enter their own events right from the front of the website.
It wasn't long before they put the calendar to good use and made traffic to the website increase quite a bit with visitors being able to check on upcoming events so easily. Updates are now a snap for Kent, the owner of the building, since he can update the site from his laptop at home in the evenings.
