At Roberts Web Design we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Roberts Web Design or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as Tutorials and Articles. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

Joomla Community Engagement

Volunteering our time and resources to improve the Joomla project is very important to our team in order to support open source software and strengthen the community surrounding Joomla. Roberts Web Design participates in the Joomla Bug Squad Pizza, Bugs and Fun events, which tests and provides quality assurance for Joomla when new versions are released.

Joomla Volunteer Efforts

Robert was the 2014 Co-Admin for the Joomla Google Summer of Code (GSoC) program that mentors students through open source software development using Joomla. Sebastian was also a Mentor for the 2014 Joomla GSoC students.

Robert and Sebastian both write articles for various Joomla websites, including the Joomla Community Magazine where Robert was the original Website Case Studies Editor for a year, in addition to helping organize and launch the Joomla Community Magazine in 2010. Robert still writes for the magazine from time to time, while Sebastian helps out with the Polish Joomla Magazine as well with technical articles and translations from English to Polish.

Robert served as the Host and spokesperson for All Together as a Whole, the non-profit Joomla Developers Network from 2010 through 2011. This is where he started the JoomStew Radio podcast in 2010. Robert still continues as the voice of Joomstew today which discusses current topics in the Joomla community.

Robert Vining is an entrepreneur who can't get enough of the web, social media, Joomla and the communities that surround it. Robert first entered the world of web development in 2002 when he began creating a website for his own transmission shop. In 2006, Robert sold his transmission shop to pursue his newfound love of web design and development and started Roberts Web Design.

As the owner, Robert has served wide-ranging roles in development, design, consulting, project management, and marketing. Currently, he spends most of his time consulting with clients and directing our team of 4 full-time developers, designers and marketing professionals for Roberts Web Design.

Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters and takes the occasional Sunday off to watch a Nascar race or enjoy some fajitas and a margarita.

Sebastian LuckosSebastian Łuckoś

Lead Developer

Sebastian Luckos has been writing websites, scripts and applications for as long as he can remember. Sebastian is a talented developer specializing in PHP, Javascript and MySQL. He builds custom Joomla extensions and integrates new features into existing ones. Sebastian is a proud member of the Roberts Web Design development team. He also has experience writing applications in C++ and C# and has knowledge in Assembler. If it can be done with code, Sebastian can do it.

Sebastian has received his Masters Degree in Applied IT at AGH University of Science and Technology in Poland. His hobbies include music, motorbikes, and computer games.

Chris WaclawiakChris Wacławiak

Front End Developer

Chris Wacławiak started the adventure of programming when he received an Atari 65XE and a book to QBasic in elementary school. Since then, programming has become his passion.

Chris excels in creating responsive websites and applications for desktop, mobile and tablets using the latest technologies in HTML5 and CSS3. He also frequently works with PHP (Zend Framework), JS (jQuery) and SQL. Overall, Chris understands design and makes websites look great. He also enjoys programming graphics, gaming, and being with his girlfriend.
